    Good article and what most people don’t realize is that our ‘core’ muscles are at the very center of our being and therefore they are primarily posture muscles and there fore are activated by the postural reflexes and therefore we cannot pull them even if it was a good idea which I agree with you it is not.

  2. Greetings Michaela. So wonderful to stumble across this article written by you! Thank goodness for all my AT trainingy. Sitting for work so many hours during the shutdown really “beat me up” and in my later years of age it has been a struggle to recuperate my core strength. Thank you for reminding me of the massive interaction of core from top to bottom! ALOHA!
